The carriers that may be used are: FedEx and the U.S Postal Service (USPS). Moonsfashion.com ships most in stock orders to the U.S.A and Canada within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Standard shipping rates are shown below (please allow 5-15 business days for delivery, depending on destination with standard shipping).
Next day and 2nd day shipping are not currently available but will be available very soon. Next day and 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.
You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Returns & Replacements
Returns
At Moonsfashion.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items that are Not Refundable:
- Products without original Tags
- Products have been used
- Products purchased more than 15 days of delivery
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please fill out the Return Products Form to initiate the returns process. Once you submit a Return Products Form a customer service representative will contact you with the process for packing and sending your return. The customer service representative will also provide you with a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
Replacements & Exchanges
If you have a question or comment concerning a return or exchange, please inform us your situation, and a Moonsfashion.com Customer Care representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Labels: Moonsfashion.com will provide return shipping labels for the following:
- Incorrect products were shipped
- Products received were damaged
Freight costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Packing & Sending Your Return: Returned products will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please see our Return Policy above to find out how to obtain a return authorization number.
Once you receive your return authorization number;
- Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box.
- Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Label the outside of the box with your return authorization number provided by the customer service representative.
- Drop the package off at required shipping courier location.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment
You can pay on our website through our Merchant that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
PayPal - All transactions over the website will be received through the PayPal Third-Party Merchant. You may choose to enter your Credit/Debit card. The ordered products will only be dispatched when the funds are received into the Moonsfashion.com account.
Pricing
Prices at Moonsfashion.com are excluded delivery costs (unless offered free shipping) and Sales Tax if applicable any, which will be added to the total amount during the checkout processes.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect on orders that already submitted.
